Fireplace Fender

A striking 19th century polished metal fireplace fender. There are four cherubs at the corners, each one being different. Foliate design on the front with scrolls and a centered satyr face. Foliate design on the ends as well. There is a light metal tray that is behind the front panel to catch sparks. There is minor pitting and deterioration to the polished surface as expected with age.
